A note from the CEO

For as long as I've had a computer, I've had a knack for helping people use computers (and helping make computers do what people want). I have a down-to-earth approach to IT support that's come from working with people from 10 to 100 years old, and who run organizations that range from "wired household" to advertising agency.

I founded this computer consulting business in 2002 to provide the higher standards of computer support that Macintosh owners deserve. Since then we've grown to a team of experts and expanded our breadth of support dramatically, to include areas such as Windows servers and workstations, video production equipment, A/V technology, and software training. All Mac Help NYC techs keep things simple and avoid confusing terminology, assuring that you understand what we're saying. While resolving specific issues, we seek to relate best practices to each business and each person, tailored to your specific needs and experience. Simply put, we fix your problems and help prevent future issues.

We're Mac IT experts, Windows IT gurus, and much much more. If you have a technology issue, we probably have expertise in that area and can assist you.
